Dr. Gary Severance, chief marketing officer for E4D Technologies, says the new NEVO™ CAD/CAM intraoral scanner is “the natural evolution of digital dentistry.”
Severance spoke with Kevin Henry, content director for Dental Products Report, about the launch of E4D’s newest scanner and what it means for users-an increased return on investment, among other numerous benefits.
Aiming to make restoration dentistry easier, the NEVO Scanner features an intuitive, computer-guided image capture, plug-and-play technology allowing users to scan from multiple NEVO work stations, blue laser technology, and more.
Severance says that the portability of the NEVO Scanner is already making big impressions in the industry.
“It helps with your ROI because it’s easier going from patient to patient,” he explains. “Lugging a cart around is not the way to the future,” he adds of previous cart-based scanners.
“It’s making a big change in what scanning can be.”
