Putting itself further behind it's economy line of Artic denture teeth, Heraeus recently announced a 3-year warranty to back the brand. The 3-year warranty has already been in place for the company's premium Mondial teeth lines and it's mid-priced Basic teeth.

While there are specific terms for what is and is not covered, the warranty is protecting labs using the teeth from any defects that originated with Heraeus' manufacturing of the teeth. Like the company's other teeth lines, Artic teeth are produced via Heraeus' proprietary INCOMP manufacturing process.

Generous Warranty Makes Natural-Looking Artic Teeth an Even Greater Value

SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, May 31, 2012 -Heraeus Kulzer, LLC, the worldwide leader in dental esthetics, announced today that it is offering a three-year warranty on its economy-priced Artic brand of denture teeth. Previously, this warranty was only available on Heraeus’ premium-priced Mondial® and Mondial i denture teeth and their mid-range tooth, Basic.

This warranty covers any defects in the materials and workmanship of any Artic teeth used in the fabrication of a denture, provided that:

The prosthesis is a complete upper and lower denture.

All teeth in the denture are Heraeus teeth.

The denture was registered with Heraeus within 30 days of insertion.

The patient’s warranty card is fully completed by both the dentist and the lab technician.

The Heraeus teeth have not been misused in any way.

The patient has visited his or her dentist for regular check-ups.

This warranty is restricted to the replacement of the Heraeus teeth only and does not cover reimbursement for any other costs incurred by patient, dentist, or dental laboratory. It also does not extend to workmanship on the part of the dentist or laboratory.

“We are very pleased to be able to make this extensive warranty available to budget-conscious patients,” said Lesley Melvin, Product Manager for Heraeus’ Laboratory Division. “We believe the peace-of-mind this provides patients will enable our dental practice and laboratory customers to enhance their case acceptance rates, not to mention their patient satisfaction levels.”
