DentalEZ®, a supplier of integrated products and services for dental health professionals worldwide, announced the appointment of Heather Trombley as president, effective March 31, 2015.
Trombley succeeds former President Gordon Hagler who announced his retirement in July 2014 following almost a decade of service with DentalEZ.
Following Hagler’s retirement, Vickie Waitsman stepped in as interim president for approximately nine months. Waitsman has been vice president, general counsel of DentalEZ for more than 20 years and will remain an active officer of DentalEZ, returning to her original role within the company while transitioning president responsibilities over to Trombley.
“Heather has my complete endorsement and support,” Waitsman remarked. “Her background and leadership qualities make her the ideal choice to lead DentalEZ. I look forward to working closely with her.”

Trombley holds a BS in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
"DentalEZ is a great company with a long legacy in the dental industry for product quality and service,” Trombley remarked. “I am both delighted and honored by the opportunity to lead this company in continuing to provide outstanding solutions for dental professionals."
“We are extremely grateful for all of Vickie’s substantial contributions and leadership not only within our organization but to the dental industry as a whole,” remarked Jeffrey E. Perelman, chairman and CEO of DentalEZ. “I have much confidence that this transition of leadership will be seamless and that our new President will continue to uphold DentalEZ as an industry leader. Heather has the perfect mix of business leadership and product management knowledge needed to propel our company to the next level of greatness.”
