She suggests an easy method to address this issue during your next team morning huddle meeting starting by taking an inventory of those products. She explains that it can be helpful to start by making a list of every product in the practice that isn’t being utilized to its full potential, such as dental lasers or intraoral cameras.
“Take a day of the week to implement each of those back into the practice,” she says.
