If you tell them what treatment they need before you know their long-term goals, they’ll come back to you with excuses about why they just can’t do it right know. But if you know the best way to present the treatment that relates it back to their goals, you’ll have them thinking about why they should get the treatment, not focusing on why they shouldn’t.
