We’re constantly working in their personal space, doing something the patient cannot see and working in a manner that doesn’t allow them to talk to us. I think that’s probably why many patients feel stressed about dentistry.
Gov. Quinn announces UIC grant

Pat Quinn today visited the University of Illinois at Chicago to announce a $2.8 capital grant that will help the College of Dentistry receive an emergency generator, as well as a new fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The project will also result in new lighting systems, windows and elevators.
Study: Educated, working class live with less pain

From educational attainment to safety to public health, residents in America's poorest neighborhoods are so often found to be at a disadvantage. And now according to a new study, they're also much more likely to be in physical pain.
