02 Set realistic expectations because you don’t want patients to be disappointed with treatment results.

03 Another presidential election year is over, but in any case it’s still a best practice to avoid talking politics.
These conversations can get heated, and just aren’t appropriate for the dental office. Remind your team members to keep politics out of the conversation and to stick to patient education.
