You want the best possible results for your patients. You want them to walk out of your office happy and singing your praises to family, friends and co-workers. But that won’t happen if you over commit on results.

You want the best possible results for your patients. You want them to walk out of your office happy and singing your praises to family, friends and co-workers. But that won’t happen if you over commit on results.

It’s great to be confident in your skills, but you have to be honest with yourself and your patients about possible outcomes. It’s better for a patient to be pleasantly surprised than outright unhappy when they look in the mirror, or still in pain after treatment.

Patients put a lot of time into treatment, and they need to know exactly what to expect. If you over promise and don’t deliver, all you end up with is an unhappy patient looking for a new dental home.

Your patients are your practice. Without them, where would you be? You have to know the best ways to attract them to your practice, get them to accept treatment and make them happy, life-long patients.

That’s where we can help. Check back regularly for tips on how to keep your patients happy, healthy and loyal.
