Adhese Universal is a single-component, light cured universal adhesive for direct and indirect bonding procedures. It’s compatible with all etching techniques: self-etch, selective enamel-etch and total-etch. The only universal adhesive available in the ergonomically designed VivaPen delivery form, Adhese is delivered directly to the quickly and simply delivered to the preparation with very little waste.
“Previously, our protocol was to get the tooth ready for bonding and then the assistant would apply the bonding agent out of bottle and onto a brush,” Dr. Marcus said. “We always had not enough or too much on the brush. With the Vivapen, it’s much easier because I can apply as much or as little as I want.”

Dr. Marcus also said the Vivapen has helped his practice’s bottom line.
“With the Vivapen, I can actually watch the bonding agent be applied right to the tooth,” he explained. “It eliminates a step for me and really speeds things up. I’ve found that it’s much less expensive to use on a per-dose basis and much more predictable. Additionally, I’ve experienced almost zero post-op sensitivity in my patients.”
