Prior to the promotion, Fine served as VP of Sales and Marketing for the Colorado-based agency. Fine takes over the position from AMG founder Bill Neal, CDT, who will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer for AMG.

Fine and Neal have both been active in promoting marketing, branding and online promotion of dental labs and the industry as a whole through their work with AMG as well as through articles in publications including Dental Lab Products. AMG Creative Names New President
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – AMG Creative Inc., a leading dental laboratory advertising agency, announced the promotion of Terry Fine, former VP of Sales and Marketing, to President. Fine succeeds Bill Neal, who will continue as Chief Executive Officer.
For the past six years, Fine has been influential in expanding AMG Creative’s marketing for clients through implementing website development, pay-per-click campaigns, search-engine optimization and other powerful online marketing tools. Before joining AMG Creative, Fine served as Vice President of Sales for StarTek, a publicly traded, technology-based business process outsourcing company.
Neal--the founder of the Fort Collins, Colorado-based agency--will continue to hold the position of CEO. Neal has conducted SWOT Analyses for some of the largest, most profitable dental laboratories in the U.S. and has lectured throughout the U.S., Australia, Canada and Europe. He is a current member of the Cal-Lab group and NADL.
“In the past decade, AMG has designed and developed more than 75 websites and marketing campaigns for some of the best in the industry. Terry has been an invaluable part of that accomplishment, and I believe he will continue to excel as President,” said Neal.
