The newest micro-pulse-arc welding system available, the compact Orion 100c was designed to meet the needs of the dental lab market. It features a smaller footprint to save bench space, an easy-to-use touch screen interface for quick access and adjustments of welding parameters, high-frequency agitation for welding difficult metals like palladium, and innovative pulse arc technology to perform laser-like welds. Economically priced, it provides a solution to help users save time, increase profits, and maximize weld strength and quality. The Orion 100c offers two different weld modes: Pulse Arc and Micro. Whether a case requires high power for titanium or palladium, or precise welds around delicate ceramics, the new Orion 100c has the flexibility to weld with power and precision to provide the most high-tech, versatile and affordable welding solution on the market today.
