Straumann announced the availability of Straumann® CARES® Screw-Retained Bars & Bridges for the Straumann bone-level and mixed tissue-level and bone-level implant platforms.
These new indications are designed to help dental professionals serve a growing population of edentulous patients, and offer patients a solution that can be cost-effective, natural-looking and an improvement in function compared to a traditional gum-supported denture.
CARES Screw-Retained Bars & Bridges feature a direct connection to the implant: no additional abutment is required. All solutions are homogenous and milled from one block at a Straumann centralized milling facility. All CARES orders ship with a Material Composition sticker, verifying the material composition and place of manufacture for improved record-keeping.

Straumann® Original Components
CARES Screw-Retained Bars and Bridges come with the reliability of the original Straumann implant-abutment connection for your restorations and are covered by the 10-year Straumann Guarantee®. “Look-alike” components do not feature the same design and engineering specifications, and cannot optimally recreate the harmonized Straumann implant-abutment connection.
CARES Screw-Retained Bars and Bridges are available for Straumann® CARES® 8.5 users only. Existing 8.5 customers can begin ordering these products immediately. Clinicians may contact their local CARES dental laboratory to begin collaborating on cases by visiting http://www.straumann.us/labfinder
