Not some of the words generally associated with a visit to the dentist. Yet those are indeed some of the words shared by patient Michelle Birckbichler.

Ever since becoming a patient of Marion, Va., dentist Dr. Justin Gates’ general dentistry practice in January of 2012, Michelle has been wowed by the dental chairs.

“I like this dentist because he is very interactive with the patients and family members,” Michelle said. “The chairs they have in the office are amazing. They relax you while you are sitting waiting and while you are being worked on.”

“I have never been to a dentist office with these type of chairs before. I love them,” she said.
