The CAD/CAM custom-made Narval™ CC mandibular repositioning device (MRD) is designed for patients with mild to moderate OSA, as well as those who are unable to comply to CPAP treatment. It also is a first-line treatment for snoring in the absence of OSA. The CAD/CAM technology through selective laser sintering is said to ensure a precise fit and comfortable retention, enabling a high degree of customization to suit the complex dental anatomy of individual patients.
