The Midmark Operatory promotion offers a free dentist stool, valued at $804, with the purchase of an eligible Elevance® or Ultra Operatory Chair during the promotional period. Customers can also receive a free Midmark assistant’s stool, valued at $935, when adding a delivery unit to their purchase.

Last date to take shipment of products: January 31, 2015
For each eligible Integra™ Dental Casework product purchased during the promotion, the dentist will receive a Corian® Solid Surface Countertop at laminate pricing.
