With this acquisition, Keystone says it has strengthened their role as a leading manufacturer for the dental industry, able to deliver more high-quality patented products that Enamelite has to offer while maintaining their well-known, quality reputation.

James Vinson, one of the main managing partners for Enamelite, suddenly passed away in March of 2013, delivering a shock to the company and everyone that knew him. According to a press release, the partnership with Keystone Industries will ensure the legacy of Enamelite will continue. The Enamelite company structure will stay intact.

Enamelite will be headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
