J. Morita talks the top features of the Veraviewepocs 3D R100 digital x-ray system [VIDEO]

A leading manufacturer of imaging units, delivery systems, and smaller dental equipment, J. Morita USA services North American dental professionals on behalf of the J. Morita Corporation, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of dental equipment and supplies. 

DPR spoke with J. Morita North American Sales Manager Andrew Rose at the California Dental Association's "CDA Presents" conference about the top features of the company's Veraviewepocs digital x-ray system.

A departure from the common cylindrically shaped field of view, the R100's 3D Reuleaux Full Arch FOV is a convex triangle shape, reducing dosages outside of areas of interest by better fitting the natural dental arch form.  Additionally, the unit creates high-resolution voxel images that provide thorough observation of the periodontal membrane, periodontal pocket, alveolar bone, and more.  The unit also creates cephalometric and panoramic images, offering six fields of view in a single multifunctional machine.

"We are very focused in our approach to manufacturing," said Rose.  "Everything we do is really programmed towards better products for not only the user...but also the patient and the clinician."
