Wondertech Silicone Base Formers are made from silicone rubber. The formers are reportedly easy to use: Users simply pour stone, level off the stone and then place the teeth cast on the form. Additionally, the formers are reusable. They come in a set of five per box-Small Full Arch, Medium Full Arch, Large Full Arch, Right and Left Quadrants.
