Beam Dental Rebrands to Beam Benefits

Beam Dental has announced that it will be rebranding to Beam Benefits. This change comes as Beam adds voluntary life, accident, and hospital indemnity products to its portfolio, as well as recognition that employees are incentivized to stay by unique benefits packages, according to co-founder and CEO Alex Frommeyer.

“Employers are moving from office perks to benefits that make employees’ lives healthier, happier, and more financially sound,” Frommeyer said in a press release from Beam. “At Beam Benefits, we make employee benefits simpler and smarter so they’re easier to understand and use, creating happy, motivated, and productive employees. We’re primed to simplify the paper-logged and complex employee benefits industry.”

Beam has a variety of features such as instant quoting, wellness incentives, and live customer support, that create a robust package for brokers, employers, and members, according to Frommeyer.

“Benefits have been stuck in the dark ages for too long. A lot of insurance companies make it difficult for employees to learn about coverage and to use their benefits, and this means wasted dollars for their employers,” Frommeyer said. “The future of benefits is digital, and Beam Benefits is at the center of it all by making it easier than ever for employees to access their benefits.”

Beam Benefits will launch additional benefits products and critical illness coverage later in 2022. As part of this rebrand, Beam also has a newly designed website and brand identity.
