Sikes Dental Studios, Inc. announces acquisition of DENTATRUST, LLC

Charlotte, N.C.-Sikes Dental Studios, Inc., one of the most established laboratories in Charlotte, N.C., announced today that it has acquired DENTATRUST, LLC, also located in Charlotte, for an undisclosed amount of money.

Tom Nieting, CDT, and Norbert Ulmer, MBA, have agreed to consult Sikes Dental Studios, Inc. temporarily in order to ensure a smooth transition for their staff and dentist customers.
