There are dozens of zirconia lines out there, so what makes Delta Zirconia so special?
The Delta Zirconia product line from Aurident isn’t the only zirconia line on the market - far from it. So why is Delta Zirconia a popular industry choice? The qualities that make Delta Zirconia stand out, according to Aurident, are quality, consistency and reasonable prices.
“The zirconia market has become so saturated with so many zirconia out there, made all over the world, of different qualities,” says Jimmy Ruiz, sales/product manager at Aurident, Inc. “Ours is an affordable price without compromising quality; that’s what makes us stand above the others.”

Delta Zirconia is a mid-range line of zirconia, offering excellent quality for an affordable price. “It’s not a cheap zirconia but it’s not a premium product either,” Ruiz says. “Apples to apples, it’s going to come down to the price and the service.”
Aurident’s line contains yttria-stabilized zirconia, ensuring the strongest, toughest cementable ceramic available. The line focuses on offering excellent products without extra, unnecessary features.
Delta Zirconia comes in three basic forms: high strength, translucent and anterior.
The high strength form is unshaded and requires coloring liquids to obtain desired shades. It’s suitable for milling copings, implants and frameworks with porcelain buildup.
Translucent Delta Zirconia is offered in white, preshaded and multilayered and is suitable for milling copings, frameworks, full contour restorations, bridges and implants. It boasts a translucency of approximately 43 percent, allowing the fabrication of realistic and natural-looking restorations.
Anterior Delta Zirconia is available in white and multilayered forms. It is best suited for milling the most translucent zirconia for full contour restorations and bridges, up to three units for anterior applications.
“Multilayered forms of Delta Zirconia have become very popular in the last couple of years,” says Ruiz, particularly because of the gradual changes in color they allow. Multilayered zirconias consist of multiple layers of varying shades and do not need coloring liquids for shading. They consist of up to seven different shades, providing incredibly realistic restorations.
Providing a great value for a high-quality product is a foundation of Aurident’s principles as a company. “We’re giving you a product you can rely on, that you can trust, and you know it's not going to hurt your pocket,” Ruiz says.

Another pillar of Aurident is customer service. The company’s mission states, “Aurident shall focus on meeting customer needs and providing the finest customer service in the industry.”
The fact that Aurident is not a huge corporation helps representatives meet their collective goal of providing excellent care to customers. Simply stated, “Aurident is a smaller company, so you get better service,” Ruiz says.
All Delta Zirconia products are available in standard discs and blocks. If a special size is required, Aurident representatives will work with customers to provide exactly what they need.
