CAMBRA stands for Caries Management by Risk Assessment. But what does that mean for dental patients and staff?
To get an idea of where your practice stands in caries prevention, Lodding says you can start by taking an inventory of all the products you use that focus on caries management for patients. It may also be time to look into new products to bring into the fold.
“Stop the drill and fill effect and make that paradigm shift and start looking at prevention,” Lodding says.
