Customer communication and engagement platform company Weave has announced its newest integration with Dolphin Cloud software offered by Patterson Dental. According to a press release from Weave, this integration provides dental offices with the tools to save time by automating essential revenue-generating tasks, such as appointment reminders and review text messages.
“Our newest integration with Dolphin Cloud helps solidify our dominance as the preferred patient engagement platform for dentists,” said Branden Neish, chief product officer of Weave. “Because of this integration, we are able to provide the most effective and powerful Weave experience to more dental offices than ever before. We are incredibly excited about this integration and expect more to come soon.”
The integration offers features such as Call Pop, a popup that appears when patients call that displays upcoming appointments and notes; Customer Profile, which allows staff to view specific demographic information at a glance; appointment reminders; recall reminders; and Schedule Sync, which allows staff to quickly filter their schedule based on confirmed and unconfirmed patients.
