Weave and Fuse will integrate to bring best patient communication practices to the practice management system.
Communication platform Weave has announced an integration with Patterson Dental’s practice management software Fuse. This integration will link the Weave communication platform with Fuse’s practice management data. That means Fuse users will now be able to keep data up-to-date and synced to their daily calendars to best prioritize daily tasks.
Other features that Fuse users will now have access to include automated review requests after appointments, custom messaging, confirmation writebacks, auto recalls, text preferences, a mobile calendar, and the standard features like email and VoIP that come with Weave. These big-practice features will help smaller practices grow their business, according to Weave’s Chief Product Officer Branden Neish.

Integrating with Weave brings a whole slate of new capabilities to Fuse customers and we couldn’t be more thrilled.”
Practice operations and patient communications will be made easier and more efficient with this integration, according to VP and GM of Software at Patterson Dental, Cecile Schauer.
