Vyne Dental has announced its acquisition of Simplifeye. Vyne Dental is a communication management system that provides dental practices revenue cycles, claims management, and electronic health information, while Simplifeye is a software solution company that manages a variety of business operations for dental practices. Vyne also touts Vyne Trellis®, a web-based billing platform specifically built for dental practices that is said to make payment processing more efficient and effective, according to a press release from the companies.

This acquisition will combine these digital solutions to accelerate growth in the dental practice, according to CEO at Vyne, Steve Roberts.

“Their [Simplifeye] next-gen billing and payments platform is groundbreaking. Their innovation in this field was unparalleled, and we are confident that their acquisition will bring tremendous value to our organization,” Roberts says in the press release. “By incorporating their cutting-edge technology, we are poised to revolutionize the way dental practices manage their revenue cycle and drive our mission as a leader in revenue acceleration.”

Vyne Dental and Simplifeye will join for AMPLIFY from May 10th through the 12th in Charleston, South Carolina. AMPLIFY is an industry conference that allows dental and other health care professionals to convene and discuss technology adoption, automation, disruption, and other hot topics.

“Vyne Dental’s mission-driven approach is aligned with Simplifeye,” founder of Simplifeye Dr Ryan Hungate says in the press release. “Joining the Vyne Dental team will help us continue blazing a new, better path in the industry, delivering on our promise to provide world-class services to practices across the retail healthcare landscape.”
