VOCO America has released V-Print DT, a 3D print resin designed for highly esthetic permanent denture teeth. The new product, like all V-Print resins from the company, is sedimentation-free, eliminating the need for shaking or rolling before use, thus saving time for practitioners and lab technicians.

V-Print DT’s high filler rate ensures a flexural strength of 132 MPa and high wear resistance, resulting in durable, long-lasting dentures, according to the manufacturer.

The 3D print resin maintains optimal esthetics over time due to its low water absorption and resistance to discoloration. Its natural fluorescence and ability to be polished to a high luster enhance its natural tooth-like appearance. Like composite restorations, V-Print DT can be easily characterized and repaired with a flowable composite or staining resin, adding to its ease of use and esthetic qualities.

Available in shades A1, A2, A3, and B1, V-Print DT comes in 500 g bottles. When combined with V-Print dentbase and CediTEC Adhesive, it forms part of the VOCO Digital Denture system, designed to enable practitioners and labs to print high-quality full dentures quickly and economically.

V-Print DT is part of VOCO's expanding V-Print line of 3D print materials and is validated for use with a growing number of high-quality 3D printers, including Ackuretta, Asiga, Microlay, Shining 3D, and others. Additionally, V-Print DT can be utilized within the design software from 3Shape and Exocad.

The company also recently released V-Print c&b temp.
