VOCO has announced a new partnership with exocad, a dental lab and practice software company. The partnership will see VOCO’s nano-ceramic hybrid Grandio blocks and discs-as well as VOCO’s printer resin and V-Print model-integrated into the exocad software.
Exocad offers digital dentistry software applications. With the addition of VOCO’s Grandio blocks and discs and V-Print 3D printing materials, this partnership offers a broad material spectrum for digital production.
Grandio blocks and discs can now be found the DentalCAD and V-Print in the Model Creator module of the exocad software. The material-related design parameters are said to simplify the production of the respective milling and printing materials and enable a reliable and efficient process chain in digital dentistry.
“The integration of the VOCO materials into our DentalCAD laboratory software and easy-to-use presets for the creation of models further expand our material databases and allow effortless use of products from all leading material manufacturers,” said Akira Schüttler, systems integration engineer at exocad.
