VideaHealth and vVARDIS Form Partnership Around Preventive Dental Care

vVARDIS, the maker of Curodont™ Repair Fluoride Plus non-invasive remineralization solution, and VideaHealth, a dental artificial intelligence (AI) developer, recently announced a new partnership aimed at accelerating the adoption of both dental AI and preventive dental treatments.

This new partnership aims to enhance VideaAI’s ability to detect the types of early carious lesions that Curodont is designed to treat. Both companies are also partnering with Henry Schein to make their technologies available to dental practices.

"We are excited to collaborate with VideaHealth," say vVARDIS founders and CEOs Haley Abivardi, DMD, and Goly Abivardi, DMD, in a press release. “Our innovative technology has shown notable efficacy in treating incipient lesions, preserving teeth and promoting long-term dental health. VideaHealth has achieved both impressive clinical results and is the dental AI partner of choice for industry leaders, such as Heartland Dental, 42 North, and many others. This collaboration further strengthens vVARDIS' mission to provide solutions that deliver a positive impact on dental practices and patients overall health and experience."

With adoption of the VideaAI technology by leading group and individual dental practices, more than 30,000 clinicians are using the solution to analyze dental radiographs every day. Peer-reviewed in more than 230 publications, Curodont has been used to treat more than 100,000 teeth during the past 4 months, according to the press release.

"Detection is critically important, as we know firsthand, and so is early treatment, says Florian Hillen, CEO of VideaHealth. “We are fortunate to have such a unique partnership with Henry Schein, the world's largest provider of health care solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners. Adding vVARDIS, who is also uniquely partnered with Henry Schein, to our partner ecosystem is very exciting.

"Thousands of dental practices and those supported by the most innovative DSOs in the country use Henry Schein One's Dentrix Detect AI and VideaAI every day. We are pleased to be working side-by-side with vVARDIS to bring improved preventative care to practices across the country and have a transformative impact on patient care right now. Together, our technologies will enable dental clinicians to deliver care at a level that was just not possible in the past, to millions of patients across the country."
