Post it on Facebook. Facebook is a great place to connect with current and potential patients, whether you’re offering a discount on whitening you want them to know about or you want to share a great article you just read about the oral-systemic link.

Post it on Facebook. Facebook is a great place to connect with current and potential patients, whether you’re offering a discount on whitening you want them to know about or you want to share a great article you just read about the oral-systemic link.

Posting pictures of happy patients (with signed releases, of course) to your Facebook page is another way to connect with your patients to let them know what your practice is all about. Jill Nesbitt, dental consultant and office manager, suggests posting photos of that smiling 16-year-old boy who just got his braces off, or that beaming bride-to-be who just finished whitening for her big day.

Have your office manager get in the habit of taking these types of photos and then posting them on your Facebook page with appropriate captions. This gives patients the opportunity to really see what you can do, and may get them thinking about investing in cosmetic services for themselves.

Your patients are your practice. Without them, where would you be? You have to know the best ways to attract them to your practice, get them to accept treatment and make them happy, life-long patients.

That’s where we can help. Check back regularly for tips on how to keep your patients happy, healthy and loyal.
