Software company XLDent acquires DentalMate
XLDent has announced the acquisition of DentalMate, an established provider of practice management software, Valsoft Corporation, the parent company of XLdent, announced today.
“XLDent is in the best position to meet the needs of our clients over the long term,” said Mike Simpson, president of MDC Systems & Services, Inc., the company that has maintained DentalMate since 2003. “We are confident this partnership will create exciting new opportunities for all those involved.”
