SmileDirectClub’s aligner treatment expanding through DECA Dental’s 100+ affiliated dental practices, exposing more consumers to option of clear aligner treatments.
With SmileDirectClub, Inc.’s new partnership with DECA Dental, more consumers in Texas will be offered access to SmileDirectClub clear aligner treatment at many new locations throughout the State.
Oral care company SmileDirectClub boasts the first medtech platform for teeth straightening, and its partnership with Texas-based dental service organization (DSO) DECA Dental and its more than 100 affiliated dental practices gives more consumers the option to begin a SmileDirectClub treatment in the dentist chair.
This cooperative with DECA Dental advances the SmileDirectClub Partner Network, the company’s direct-to-office model that allows consumers a third option, in addition to the company’s SmileShops and doctor-prescribed impression kits, to begin clear aligner treatment with its telehealth platform.
SmileDirectClub continues to focus on increasing access to innovative oral care, and its Partner Network is now extended to more than 600 dental practices across the U.S. to give consumers access to its cost effective and safe teeth straightening solution. DECA Dental is a clinician-founded and led organization with a core belief that all clinical decisions should be made by a dentist and that dentists should have full autonomy in deciding the best treatment options for their patients. DECA’s culture is founded on a patient-centric model.
Since launching in the U.S. in 2014, SmileDirectClub has become one of the fastest-growing health technology companies and the fastest-growing teledentistry provider, serving over one million customers around the world, according to the company’s press release. SmileDirectClub now is also offered directly via dentist and orthodontists’ offices.
