SelenBio Dental has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Elevate Oral Care to represent its product line throughout North America, both companies announced in a press release.
The DenteShield Primer, Surface Sealant, and Pit and Fissure Sealant products utilize proprietary SELDOX® antimicrobial technology to help prevent biofilm formation-said to stop or greater reduce the development of plaque on teeth, white spot lesions, dental caries, and other bacteria-related dental disease.
The company, which is behind the DenteShield™ line of SELDOX® antimicrobial-enhanced preventive dental sealants, has FDA clearance on its DenteShield products. SelenBio Dental believes this agreement with Elevate Oral Care is a significant step in bringing their preventative technology to the patients that will benefit the most, the statement said.
“We are very excited to be working with the team at Elevate Oral Care,” said Matt Belsole, president at SelenBio Dental. “They have a strong reputation and wealth of knowledge in bringing innovative preventive dentistry solutions to market and have had a significant impact in the dental community with other technologies such as silver diamine fluoride. We believe our SELDOX-enhanced products will complement their current line and be a valuable new offering for their customers.”
“Elevate Oral Care specializes in preventive dental solutions and delivering them to dental offices nationwide, said Steve Pardue, a managing member of Elevate Oral Care. “The DenteShield products with SELDOX technology are a great addition to our portfolio, and will help dental professionals prevent oral diseases in their patients.”
