Dental practice merger and acquisition group Professional Transition Strategies has announced a new expansion with Headwaters Practice Transitions. This new service will focus on smaller dental practices and their owners that are hoping to sell to another doctor, according to a press release from the group.

Practice transitions experts Todd Sheets, Kim McCleskey, and Dominick Ricciardi will lend their expertise on the leadership team at Headwaters Practice Transitions. Founder and president of Professional Transition Strategies, Kyle Francis, expressed enthusiasm in the press release.
