  • SprintRay has announced a new 3D printing resin, SprintRay Crown™ by BEGO, which is designed to help improve the quality of restorative care in digital dentistry.
  • SprintRay Crown by BEGO is a material collaboration between the 2 companies and is said to allow dental professionals to 3D print crowns and other restorations in their offices for a fraction of the cost of other methods.
  • SprintRay Crown by BEGO is a ceramic-filled hybrid material for 3D printing permanent single crowns, inlays, onlays, and veneers.
  • It’s said to deliver excellent fit and reproducible results, allowing dental professionals to provide budget-friendly custom restorations.
  • The new resin is also said to offer great marginal integrity, said to be easy to handle and polish, and is formulated for radiographic visibility.
  • The material cost is said to be just $2 per crown with a print time of fewer than 60 minutes.

Imagine USA OPEN™ Go Digital Mill™

  • Imagine USA has announced its new digital dental solution the OPEN™ Go Digital Mill™ system.
  • This digital dental workflow covers all of the hardware, software, and training needed to scan and mill restorations, including same-day crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, and others.
  • This new CAD/CAM system from Imagine USA operates on an open system, giving doctors a unique flexibility for efficient, in-house restorations.

Flow Dental Comfee Bytes

  • Easy to use, and completely biodegradable, Flow Dental’s Comfee Bytes are an environmentally friendly and economical choice for disposable bite blocks.
  • Comfee Bytes work with various 3D and CBCT imaging devices as an easy-to-use disposable bite block. You simply fold, stick, and use.
  • Described as a clean, affordable, environmentally friendly alternative to foam bite blocks, they come packaged in a convenient dispenser box of 100.
  • Comfee Bytes fold over the fixed bite block to form a soft, comfortable bite plate for patients to bite on.

BURST Teeth Whitening Trays

Immersify Education’s App & Subscriptions

  • Immersify Education hopes to target 100,000 users with its new Immersify Dental subscription service for dentistry students.
  • The platform aims to become the go-to educational resource by launching a new content subscription service to make the learning experience more accessible and enjoyable for students.
  • The platform utilizes augmented reality, gamification, and personalization to create an engaging learning experience.
  • Thousands of dentistry students across the United States, United Kingdom, India, and Australia are said to be using the service, mainly accessed through their universities.
  • However, due to demand from students who are unable to access the platform through their college institution, Immersify Dental is making all of its content available to individuals via a paid subscription service.
  • This means that the platform is now available to dental students and anyone practicing or interested in dentistry, regardless of whether their university or college is signed up, according to a company press release.
  • Immersify Dental is designed to support learning by combining the theoretical understanding of dentistry with practical experience.
  • It also will enable students to connect with learners, academics, and professionals from different universities and countries.
  • Immersify Dental is available for download for free from the Apple and Google Play stores.
