Software solution Practice by Numbers has announced the launch of its latest offering, the Practice by Numbers Patient Portal. The patient portal is designed with features that aim to make patient communications easier and more streamlined, according to a press release from Practice by Numbers. Patients are able to access forms, payments and balances, appointments, and other relevant information. This keeps them in the loop, creating an improved relationship with the dental practice, according to Practice by Numbers CEO Rohit Garg.

“Not only does our patient portal keep patients in the loop with a modern and user-friendly experience, it gives patients instant access to their account information on any device, while at the same time helping practices reduce staff phone time and minimize paperwork and missed appointments,” Garg said in the press release. “By automating many routine tasks and providing a centralized platform for patient information, practices can focus more on delivering exceptional care and less on paperwork.”
