Planet DDS Launches New Patient Engagement Capability in Denticon

Cloud-based dental software provider Planet DDS has announced the launch of Denticon Patient Engagement. This patient communication tool is a new capability incorporated in its Denticon practice management software, according to a press release from the company. This tool, dental practices and organizations can automate appointment reminders, create marketing campaigns, customize patient messages, and communicate important information. It's also natively built into Denticon, allowing clinicians to begin use right away.

Incorporating practice management software and patient engagement software cuts time while earning the practice more money in the long term, according to CEO at Planet DDS, Eric Giesecke.

“Historically, dental organizations miss out on opportunities to increase production because patients aren’t receiving appointment reminders. Or, just as likely, patients are receiving incorrect reminders due to the inherent difficulties of syncing data across multiple platforms,” Giesecke said in the press release. “Now, with many of our clients feeling the sting of the ongoing labor shortage along with inflation, eliminating administrative burden and enabling dental offices to engage their patients more effectively with limited staff is crucial.”

This new patient communication capability is available through Denticon now.
