Pacific Dental Services Reaches 900 Supported Practices Milestone

Pacific Dental Services® (PDS) has announced the grand opening of its 900th supported practice, a significant milestone in the dental service organization’s 28-year history. The practice, Aspen Hill Modern Dentistry located in Silver Springs, Maryland, is the latest in the company’s long line of successful dental practices across 25 states.

PDS has established itself as a national leader in educating others on the importance of understanding the oral-systemic link, or what the organization and its supported practices refer to as the Mouth-Body Connection®, according to a press release from the company. Furthermore, PDS is said to be the first dental support organization to implement Epic®, the most widely used, comprehensive health records system, into its supported practices. Through Epic, dental practices can easily exchange patient data with medical providers for improved patient care.
