Overjet has acquired the dental claims review firm American Dental Examiners (ADE) in order to offer licensed clinical review on Overjet’s artificial intelligence (AI) platform.
ADE will offer nationwide, fully licensed utilization review, a network to support claims review, and a team with expertise on dental claims review and benefits consulting. This will allow Overjet’s software and dental AI tools to benefit from the licensed, clinical review and will provide a more efficient service for payers, according to a press release from Overjet.
Bringing ADE and Overjet together will help to lower costs and simplify operations.
