OrVance Announces Exclusive Partnership with DOC Brands

Oral health care products company OrVance has announced an exclusive licensing agreement with consumer oral care company DOC Brands. DOC Brands will now manage all operations, marketing, sales, and distribution of the OrVance products. As part of this partnership, DOC Brands will share in the costs and profits generated by this partnership.

This new partnership will be helmed by oral care CPG executive David Fox. He will act as the Commerical Lead of the partnership and Senior Advisor to DOC Brands.

“This partnership with OrVance really strengthens DOC Brands’ oral care product line and our ability to continue to bring retailers and consumers meaningful advancements in consumer oral health,” Fox said in a press release from the companies. “I’m very impressed by how OrVance has consistently developed proprietary innovation through its consumer research, sciences, intellectual property, and the engagement of the Dental and Orthodontic professions.”

DOC Brands manufactures and sells products marketed under the Dentemp® brand. Through this partnership with DOC Brands, OrVance aims to grow in the consumer oral care arena, according to CEO Ron Schutt.

“We are very excited to enter this partnership with DOC Brands not only for their strong retail distribution and brand recognition, but also because of their passion to grow the consumer oral health segment by bringing real innovation and value to the consumer,” Schutt said in the press release. “OrVance’s current and future products deliver meaningful innovation that advances oral health so we are confident this venture with DOC Brands is well poised for success.”
