Orascoptic has announced the launch of DragonflyTM—a powered loupe with a wireless headlight fully integrated into the eyewear frame. Dragonfly combines Orascoptic’s optics and headlight into a single, lightweight product. All electronics and batteries are completely contained within the custom-built frame itself, so there are no visible wires or cables.
An innovative counter-balance design affords all-day comfort by minimizing pressure on the user’s nose bridge. In fact, the Dragonfly loupe can reduce weight on the nose by up to 30%.
Clinicians can customize their Dragonfly according to multiple magnification powers, different carrier lens shapes, and a variety of stunning colors. And every Dragonfly employs Orascoptic’s TruColorTM headlight technology.
