onDiem, a national dental staffing company, now offers paid time off, among other package benefits, to the professionals who chose to work through their platform. The benefit has no cap and begins accruing immediately, allowing for use at the professional’s discretion.
According to a press release from onDiem, this comes after a year of COVID-19 adding stress and leading to an increased desire for time to rest and recharge.
onDiem is also releasing a feature that allows dental practices to connect with and request specific dental professionals for their practice.
