New Zenostar options provide increased esthetic options
Ivoclar Vivadent has announced a new universal zirconia system, Zenostar, which includes new shades and solutions designed to work with the IPS e.max shading system.
Ivoclar Vivadent has introduced the new Zenostar Universal Zirconia System, featuring three zirconia options specifically designed for combination with the IPS e.max shading system.
Zenostar MT discs are engineered to improve the balance of value and translucency for intraoral esthetics. Ideal for single unit crowns or short-span bridges, Zenostar MT discs can be used with specially formulated Zenostar Color Zr infiltration liquids, which reportedly ensure a predictable characterization process.

Zenostar T pre-shaded discs reportedly enable fabrication of long-span bridge work or restorations for cases with limited occlusal space using a high-strength full-contour technique. Zenostar T base shades are coordinated with IPS e.max Ceram stains and the new IPS Ivocolor characterization systems.
Zenostar MO pre-shaded discs are said to be ideal for frameworks and represent the highest opacity Zenostar option. Zenostar MO zirconia shades fit within the IPS e.max system for layering with IPS e.max Ceram or IPS e.max ZirPress.
