More new products being announced at the 2017 Chicago Midwinter Meeting

From implant instruments to multipurpose lasers, there are plenty of new and updated products being showcased at the 2017 Chicago Midwinter Meeting. Check out this roundup to learn more about some of these items.

204S Implant Instrument (AEII204SX)

Made by American Eagle Instruments with medical grade titanium, the 204S Implant Curette features a rounded toe and is said to be ideal for scaling exposed threads in the posterior. The biocompatible, thin blades allow excellent access and do not risk scratching the implant.

Barnhart 5-6 Implant Instrument (AEIIB5-6X)

Made by American Eagle Instruments with medical grade titanium, the Barnhart 5-6 Implant Curette features a rounded toe and is designed to be ideal for scaling universal and wide base implants. The biocompatible, thin blades allow access and do not risk scratching the implant.

Langer 3-4 Implant Instrument (AEIIL3-4X)

Made by American Eagle Instruments with medical grade titanium, the Langer 3-4 Implant Curette features a rounded toe and is engineered to be ideal for scaling posterior and narrow base implants. The biocompatible, thin blades reportedly allow excellent access and do not risk scratching the implant.

Nebraska 128-Langer 5 Implant Instrument (AEIIN128-L5X)

Made by American Eagle Instruments with medical grade titanium, the Nebraska 128-Langer 5 Implant Curette features a rounded toe and is said to be ideal for scaling anterior implants, ball and bar attachments and mini implants. 

Boge 513™ (AESB513XPX)

Made by American Eagle Instruments, the Boge 513 is a modified anterior sickle/hoe scaler used to remove calculus in the dental prophylaxis process. This instrument is double-ended, and is only available in sharpen-free XP Technology from American Eagle Instruments. One end of the Boge 513 has an elongated shank and a straight, slightly lipped cutting edge. The hoe’s width was specifically designed to maintain stabilization during vertical and horizontal working strokes.
