MicroCare has announced its acquisition of Certol International. Certol is a cleaning and disinfecting products manufacturer, including a line of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) registered surface disinfectants.
These specialty cleaners are designed with medical facilities in mind, making them a good fit for dental offices. MicroCare CEO Tom Tattersall said that this acquisition was a great opportunity to provide a myriad of cleaning solutions for customers.
“Certol is a perfect fit to our approach of providing a full spectrum of critical cleaning options to our customers,” Tattersall said in a press release from the company. By combining our two organizations’ quality products, brands and global distribution capabilities, MicroCare and Certol can provide customers with an expanded product selection, faster delivery and optimal customer service.”
