Mainstage Speakers for Dentsply Sirona World 2024 Include New Master of Ceremonies

Dentsply Sirona announced the full slate of main stage speakers and a new master of ceremonies for the 2024 edition of its flagship digital dentistry event, Dentsply Sirona World.

Mona Patel, DDS, a dentist and practice owner from Wisconsin with a passion for creating optimal digital dentistry workflows, will be handling the hosting responsibilities throughout the main stage keynote presentations at the event.

“I am thrilled to be once again a part of DS World Las Vegas and honored to be doing so this year as master of ceremonies,” Dr Patel says in a press release. “This event is a fantastic opportunity for dental professionals to come together, share knowledge, and grow both personally and professionally. From personal experience, I encourage everyone, regardless of what area of dentistry you practice in, to join us for what promises to be a memorable and transformative event.”

The scheduled live dentistry demonstration will be presented by Meena Barsoum, DMD, MS, who will be delivering a full mouth reconstruction during the event. In the weeks leading up to the event, Dr Barsoum will chronical the beginning steps of the case on Dentsply Sirona’s social media accounts. The entire clinical presentation will include patient diagnosis, treatment planning, and the entire procedural journey, with the final restorations and implant crown delivery streamed live to the main stage.

The other speakers scheduled for main stage presentations include Sam Puri, DDS, who will cover innovations in dental technology; Jenny Apekian, DDS, speaking on innovations in implant dentistry; David Landwehr, DDS, MS, covering innovations in endodontics; Varisha Parikh, DDS, speaking about innovations in connectivity through DS Core; Sara Mahmood, DDS, MS, FAGD, who will talk about inspiration with SureSmile; and Ingeborg De Kok, DDS, MS and Jack Marrano, CDT, with a presentation on dentists, DS Core, and our lab partners.
