LMT LAB DAY Chicago Shifts to Virtual Format
Organizers of LMT LAB DAY Chicago have announced that they will not be holding the event in person this year due to ongoing travel and safety concerns around the pandemic.
Even though effective COVID-19 vaccines are now being distributed worldwide and everyone is eager to meet face to face, there is still much uncertainty surrounding travel, social distancing guidelines and safety protocols. Because of this, the event is now scheduled to take place online: LAB DAY Online Spring 2021 will be May 10-14.
Attendees can earn CDT credits, learn about new products and techniques and interact with manufacturer/supplier reps. This is LMT’s second virtual trade show, following the LAB DAY Online Fall 2020 event. Provided it’s safe to do so in person, organizers say LAB DAY West will be August 27-28 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, California, and LAB DAY East will be October 23 at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
