The new KaVo Care handpiece repair service from KaVo Kerr is designed to make the process of handpiece repair simpler and more efficient.
The new repair service is based around an online portal at kavocare.com. There customers can access flat-fee pricing based around the device being serviced, and then submit and track repair orders. KaVo expanded its repair facility in Charlotte, N.C. to enable most repairs to be completed within 24 hours of the equipment arriving at the facility, according to a press release.
The repairs are performed by certified KaVo specialists and exclusively use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts in order to ensure the highest quality repairs with predictable turnaround times for customers.
