Effective January 1, 2011, Ivoclar Vivadent announces the promotions of Wayne Ledford to Vice President of Laboratory Sales, and Jan Eddy to West Coast Regional Sales Manager.
Previously a Regional Sales Manager for Ivoclar Vivadent, Ledford has enjoyed a career in dentistry spanning more than 30 years. He joined Ivoclar Vivadent as a Technical Territory Manager in 1987 after working 10 years as a ceramist in a commercial dental laboratory. Throughout his tenure, he has conducted numerous presentations for dentists and technicians in the United States and abroad. In his new role as Vice President of Laboratory Sales, Ledford will manage the U.S. Technical Sales Force and Customer Service Team. As a member of the Executive Management Team he will also focus on Ivoclar Vivadent’s North American objectives.
Eddy joined Ivoclar Vivadent in 1988 as a Territory Sales Manager and was promoted to Senior Territory Sales Manager in 2008, a position in which she was charged with assisting in training and mentoring new team members. Throughout her tenure, Eddy consistently increased sales, demonstrated dedication to company goals, and consistently delivered exceptional customer service while assuming additional responsibilities. In her new position, Eddy will be responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring the Technical West Sales Team.
