Hu-Friedy announced its new line of Atraumair forceps, which are reportedly designed for optimal access and enhanced crown and root engagement.

Said to be meticulously crafted to the highest standard, the new line of forceps features a matte finish allowing for enhanced contrast and reduced light reflection. In addition, the laser-marked hinge reportedly provides greater visibility when bagged for sterilization, and the unique hole design reportedly reduces the weight of the forceps, providing increased comfort and control.

Ken Serota, president of Hu-Friedy, says of the launch, “Our new line of Atraumair forceps provides a product that not only increase comfort for the clinician but also leads to more control and improved clinical outcomes.”
