The 3D printing provider and the post production systems specialist are combining their expertise to advance the quality, efficiency, and safety of dental 3D printing applications.
3D printer manufacturer HeyGears is forming a partnership with post-production solutions provider PostProcess Technologies with a goal of advancing dental 3D printing.
The new partnership is designed to add efficiency and consistency to dental 3D printing workflows starting with additive production systems from HeyGears and continuing with full-stack post-production solutions and workflows from PostProcess, according to a press release.
3D printing solutions from HeyGears such as the UltraCrraft A3D printer are designed for automated production. Combining this with PostProcess’ solutions can add efficiencies to the workflow, such as by eliminating the need for use of isopropyl alcohol in the resin removal process via PostProcess’ patented AUX-400-RINSE. This step is also designed to improve the safety of dental 3D printing workflows.
"We are thrilled to partner with PostProcess; their cutting-edge post-processing technologies will complement our state-of-the-art 3D printing dental solutions, providing an even greater level of performance and efficiency for our customers," HeyGears CEO and co-founder, Peiyan Gui says in the press release. "By combining our expertise, we are confident that we can enhance the way dental applications are produced, improving digital dentistry workflows and overall satisfaction."
“Partnering with HeyGears enables us to broaden access to our top-tier dental post-processing solutions, which perfectly complement HeyGears’ innovative digital dentistry offerings,” adds
Nate Harris, VP of North American sales at PostProcess Technologies. “Together, we can deliver comprehensive production support for dental professionals, covering everything from printing to post-processing.”
